As winter approaches and morning frost sets in, it’s time for the annual chilli migration to a warmer environment. In 2019, we moved our chilli plants indoors to protect them from the cold. This process is crucial to ensure the peppers continue to thrive during the colder months. Among the varieties being relocated were our prized Habanero peppers, which we also started dehydrating for future use.
