As the 2025 chilli growing season heats up, we’re excited to introduce a new member of the ‘My Chilli Garden’ collection — Dac, our thriving and beautifully developing Habanero Chocolate chilli plant.
This variety is known for its rich, smoky heat and deep brown pods, often favored in hot sauces and spicy dishes that need complexity beyond just burn. But Dac isn’t just any plant — it carries the energy of the garden, sporting a colorful garden guardian nestled beside it and a custom name tag that gives it its own identity
Timeline
- Sowed: February 22, 2025
- Transplanted: March 29, 2025
The young leaves are lush and healthy, signaling great things ahead. Dac has settled into its pot nicely and is currently hardening in the spring sun, preparing for the outdoor season. With careful watering, organic feeding, and maybe some words of encouragement, we’re expecting this one to deliver a bold harvest later in the year.

- Maturity: 90–100 days from transplant
